Canon Details	In the sleepy picturesque community of Burden Hill, not all is as it seems. Horrors of all shapes and sizes threaten to disrupt the peace, from werewolves and ghosts to necromantic cults trying to resurrect ancient evils. Of course, there is a paranormal investigation team on the lookout, but they're not who you'd expect: a motley crew of dogs and cats have taken it upon themselves to protect the world from monsters. Guided by the Wise Dog society of shamanistic dog warriors, the animals of Burden Hill fight tooth and nail against evil, and gradually learn that there are far more sinister plots afoot than they had anticipated. Miranda is current to "Wise Dogs and Eldritch Men".

Age	Not a puppy but not a senior dog yet, either. Probably around 9 or 10 years old.	Hair/Eyes	Black fur with tints of grey, black eyes.
Height/Weight	Medium-sized dog.	Notable Traits	Normal-looking black dog. Has some scarring (internal and external) from battle, but nothing serious.
15 Second Summary	Miranda is a Wise Dog apprentice, trained in magic such as healing, conjuring, and scrying. Although she's not as strong as her elders, Miranda is exceptionally good at what she does, which is investigating and protecting the world from supernatural, demonic, and otherwise nasty entities that threaten the lives of innocent people. She is very protective of her friends at Burden Hill, and in spite of her lack of experience, she is dedicated to her cause--not that it doesn't bring her plenty of worry, sometimes. Saving the world is a difficult job, but someone's got to do it.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	As a Wise Dog, Miranda is trained in magical arts, including healing wounds, conjuring fire, herbalism, and scrying water surfaces in order to communicate long-distance. In addition, she has some mild ESP and general occult knowledge. Also, she's a dog.
Permissions	I am generally okay with anything, even if it means getting gory. Trust me, her canon's put her through worse.
Sensing	People with supernatural/spiritual sensing can tell there's some magic in her bones. According to "Wise Dogs and Eldritch Men" and "The Presence of Others", humans with psychic sensory abilities or similar can understand dog and cat speech.
