Can your character(s) understand Miranda (and Dymphna)?

In Beasts of Burden, there are humans who can understand and communicate with animals, but they are not common. Anyone with extra-sensory/psychic abilities or who are supernatural in nature (demons, witches) should in theory be able to understand animal speech. Please note whether or not your character would be able to hear animal speech before tagging! It's totally cool if they don't. If you have any questions about whether or not your character could communicate via canon rules, go ahead and ask. And if you have any other concerns, my plurk is haeralis.
